He was born on April 18th 1980 in Finland. Thats where he raised up and still lives. As a son of
a musician-family he started playing classical cello at the age of six. Osmo fell in love with it and later he started trying other instruments as well. He was involved in a lot of musician projects and bands before he started working on his solo career.
His first album "Stories from within" had been released in may 2008! The first track "All by myself" was made by him and his cousin Petteri Sariola. In 2009, Osmo took part in Finland's Eurovision song contest qualification. He was featuring on rapper Signmark's song "Speakerbox", which he co-wrote and produced. His second album is named "Heaven or hell is just a state of mind" and was released on febuary 2010! This is also the title of the song he had performed at the finish Eurovision semifinal in the beginning of 2010.
In addition to his solo career, Osmo is playing keyboards for Sunrise Avenue!
